Introduction

The Post Widget in ModernPress allows you to display blog posts in multiple stylish layouts, making it perfect for news websites, magazines, and blogs. With customizable meta information, flexible positioning of images, and overlay styles, this widget enhances the way posts appear on your site.

Adding the Post Widget

Open your WordPress Dashboard.

Edit a page with Elementor.

Search for "Post" in the ModernPress Widgets panel.

Drag and drop the widget into your section.

Select your desired layout and customize settings.


Layouts Overview

Layout 1 - Classic Blog (Image on Top)

Layout 2 - Image on Side (Left or Right)

Layout 5 - Grid View

📌 Displays posts in a multi-column grid. 🎨 Perfect for portfolio-style or magazine blogs.

Layout 6 - List Style

📌 Posts are arranged in a single column with small images. 🎨 Suitable for news sites and article directories.

Layout 7 - Minimal Text-Based Layout

Layout 8 - Newspaper Style 1

Content Settings

📰 Post Query – Select posts by category, tags, or latest entries. 🖼 Image Position – Choose top, side, or overlay styles. ✍️ Meta Information – Show/hide author, date, and categories.
